Welcome to Glotechfy Solutions. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website, products, software, consulting, digital marketing, cloud, AI and related IT services. By using our website or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.
Glotechfy Solutions is an Indian IT company providing website development, custom software, mobile apps, ERP, CRM, HRMS, AI solutions, cloud services, UI/UX, SEO, digital marketing, hosting assistance, maintenance, industrial training and IT consulting.
By accessing our website, requesting quotations, making payments or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Each project is delivered according to the approved proposal, quotation or agreement. Work outside the approved scope may require additional cost and revised timelines.
Every project includes a defined scope, milestones, timeline, payment schedule and deliverables. Written approvals through email or signed documents are considered valid acceptance.
Advance payment may be required before work begins. Remaining payments are released according to agreed milestones. GST and applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law. Delayed payments may pause ongoing work.
Clients must provide accurate requirements, content, approvals, credentials and timely feedback. Delays in providing information may affect delivery schedules.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on project complexity and client cooperation. Digital products are delivered electronically through secure online channels.
After full payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client. Glotechfy Solutions retains ownership of reusable frameworks, libraries, methodologies, templates and internal tools.
Business information shared by clients is treated as confidential and disclosed only when legally required or necessary to complete the project using trusted service providers.
Custom software, website development, consultation, domain registration, hosting, subscriptions and completed milestones are generally non-refundable. Any approved refund will be processed according to the signed agreement.
Some services depend on third-party providers such as hosting companies, payment gateways, APIs or cloud platforms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes made by those providers.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect client information.
Glotechfy Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or data loss beyond the amount paid for the relevant service.
Either party may terminate a project through written notice. Outstanding invoices remain payable and completed work will be billed accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha.
